General Renting Conditions
- 50% downpayment on booking, fully refundable if cancelled 6 weeks before arrival
- 25% refundable if cancelled later than that.
- Rest of payment will be due upon arrival or by transfer 2 weeks before that.
- departure usually between 10 and 11 to allow cleaning, exceptions possible
- Pets are allowed only after consulting the management.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights (or 1 Week)(surcharge of 30% for 1-night stay)
